We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including colours, materials, sizing, fibre composition, country of origin and product features.
However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, browser, lighting and photography. Because our products are made from natural fibres, slight variations in texture, colour, finish and measurements may occur. These natural variations are not considered faults.
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue products, update product details or limit product quantities where reasonably necessary.
Any claims we make about our products, including fibre content, country of origin, design origin, natural materials, sustainability or product features, are intended to be accurate and based on information available to us.

Section 4 — Natural Fibre and Care Instructions
Our products are made from natural baby alpaca fibre and should be handled with care.
You agree to follow the care instructions provided with the product, on the product label or on our website.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, tumble drying, bleaching, ironing at high heat, rough handling, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, United States consumer protection laws or any other applicable law if the product has a manufacturing fault or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee or legal requirement.
Section 5 — Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance of your order. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product, size, colour, quantity, shipping address and contact details.
We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is:
- an obvious pricing or product information error;
- a stock availability issue;
- a payment issue;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- an incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
- a shipping restriction;
- a breach of these Terms;
- an issue outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for that order.
Your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout.

For United States and other international customers, product prices may not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier, unless expressly stated at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, address issues, high order volumes or other events outside our reasonable control.
For United States orders, if we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, or within the timeframe required by applicable law where no timeframe is stated, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and any options available to you.
If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@unkualpaca.com and we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Section 8 — International Orders
We may accept orders from customers outside Australia, including customers in the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.
These charges are not controlled by Unku and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your destination country.
If an international order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel or failure to comply with import requirements, we may deduct from any refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any fees charged to us, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 9 — Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We may offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges in addition to your legal rights. Any change-of-mind return or exchange is subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, items must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and returned with tags attached, unless otherwise required by law.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on our website are the property of their respective owners.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Any purchase made through our website is a transaction between you and Unku.
Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from Unku, the fulfilment of your order, or any customer service, returns or refund matters relating to your purchase.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may collect, process and store personal information in order to provide ecommerce, payment, checkout, analytics, fraud prevention, shipping and other services.
