Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier.
During peak periods, product launches, sale periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
• Australia
• United States
At this stage, we do not ship to other countries unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free standard delivery
We offer free standard delivery to Australia and the United States on orders over $200 in the currency displayed at checkout.
This offer applies to eligible orders with a product subtotal over $200 after discounts and before shipping costs.
Free delivery applies to standard shipping only.
Express shipping, optional shipping upgrades, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and any other destination charges are not included in the free standard delivery offer and may be calculated separately where applicable.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.
Free standard delivery is available to Australia and the United States on eligible orders over $200 in the currency displayed at checkout.
Express shipping, optional shipping upgrades and any applicable international charges are calculated separately where applicable.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, customs processing, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
Australia
• Standard Delivery: estimated 2+ business days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: generally 1–3 business days after dispatch
United States
• Standard International Delivery: estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Express International Delivery: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
United States orders
For United States orders, we aim to dispatch your order within the processing timeframe stated above.
Delivery to the United States may be affected by customs processing, import checks, carrier delays or local delivery conditions.
Tracking
Tracking is provided where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes — United States orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.
These charges are not controlled by Unku and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Unku is not responsible for customs delays.
If an order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any fees charged to us from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Unku is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange to reship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.
